Return & Exchange Policy

• We have a 15 day return & exchange policy from the order date. If 16 days have passed since your purchase we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
• Return items must be in brand new condition (unused, unworn, unaltered). No exceptions will be made. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) 
• Must return in original packaging and gift box.
• Unless the item arrived damaged/defective there is a 20% restocking fee on returns.
• Exchanges will be mailed out the next business day after we receive and inspect your returned item.
• Return items must meet all above requirements to be eligible for a full refund or an exchange.
• If your item meets the above criteria for a return a refund will be processed as soon as your item is received. We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. The refund may take up to 3 business days to post depending on the card issuing bank.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are non-refundable from the original order. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• For both returns and exchanges the buyer is responsible for ALL shipping fees.
• We advise our customers to purchase shipping insurance or use a trackable shipping service.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
